Charles H. Spiegel was born and raised in The Bronx. He attended High School and College in New York City and received his Doctorate of Law from Brooklyn Law School. Charles worked his way from high school through law school playing the piano, which he loves almost as much as the practice of law.
Lucille M. Barbato was born and raised in The Bronx. She started her career in law as a legal secretary in 1975 while in high school. She later became a paralegal and worked her way through college and law school.
AFTER WINNING THE HON, Brian C. Mardon began working for Spiegel & Barbato, LLP as a law-student intern in 2004. Alexander M. Delle Case Scholarship from the Bronx County Bar Association. He was a Dean's Scholarship recipient at New York University's Gallatin College, where he received his Bachelor of Arts. He received his Juris Doctor Law degree in 2005 from Hofstra University School of Law, where he received academic awards and was a merit scholarship recipient. After law school, Brian continued with the firm as our associate attorney.
